Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorized credit card use, most banks cover all the resulting charges or limit your liability to just $50. If your bank holds you liable, Jewelry Collective will cover your liability up to $50 provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Jewelry Collective while using the secure server.
If you still do not want to send your credit card information over the internet, please select "Call in Credit Card" from the payment options on the shopping cart screen and enter just the last five digits and the expiration date of your credit card on the order form. This gives us a way to track your order but guarantees your security. Upon submission of your order you will be presented with a toll free phone number which you can use to call in the rest of your credit card number. You can do this even if you can't use our secure server, and your personal information will be totally protected.
